Called Woodfield Garage Doors to schedule repair service at 7:00 AM on a Wednesday. My appointment time was scheduled for 11:00 AM the same morning. They made sure that I was aware of the $29 service call fee, so no surprises. Jose arrived around 10:20 AM, and within 30 minutes he replaced both cables and adjusted the balance on the door. The door operated correctly and much more smoothly than previously. We werer quite happy with the quick response, diagnosis, repair and price.

I used the finder service or request a quote here on Yelp it worked great for me.
I shopped for best price on the opener all around and found a great price but they were located in the far north burbs well I want a local business, so Woodfield called and I told them my best price and they said they would match it.
They showed up a hour later installed it and I’m happy.

These guys were great! I had an issue with my garage door; it would not lift because the lift spring snapped and the rails were bent out of shape…the guys were able to identify this issue in their first visit. I also really liked how they periodically followed up with me to assure that everything was properly functioning. This shows me that they take pride in caring for their customers and making sure they’re satisfied. I have no complaints. They will continue to have my business in the future.
